Discover the new way to travel from the New Jorge Chávez

Identify the boarding lounges

National

Identify the domestic departure gates with the letter A, located on the right side of the new terminal

Remote

Remote departure gates (those requiring a bus transfer to the aircraft) identified by the letter B are all located on the first floor

National or International

Domestic or international gates in the central or mixed-use area of the terminal are designated with the letter C

International

Identify the international departure gates with the letter D, located on the left side of the new terminal

Always check our information screens throughout the terminal to monitor your flight status and locate your correct departure gate! 

For any questions or assistance, our terminal agents and airport guides are always available to help you. Identify them by their yellow and black vest. 

Flight information

Domestic Flights

If you have a scheduled domestic flight

Proceed to the third floor. The departures area for both domestic and international flights is located on the third floor.

Place the following items in the security tray:

Phone, watch, jacket, and belt.

If you have checked baggage

Proceed to your airline’s counters to check-in and baggage drop-off. If you are traveling with a carry-on only (carry-on suitcase and/or backpack), go directly to the Boarding Pass Control area before heading to the Security Screening. Important! Check your airline’s baggage policy.

You are all set!

If you have a domestic flight, turn right to find your departure gate.

At the Security Screening Area

Place your carry-on in the security screening equipment and walk through the security scanner.

At the Boarding Pass Control area

You must present your ID and boarding pass to verify your identity as a passenger.

You no longer need

To remove electronic devices (such as tablets or laptops) from your backpack or carry-on, thanks to advanced screening technology.

International Flights

If you have a scheduled international flight

Remember to go to the third floor for domestic or international flights.

Place the following items in the security tray:

Phone, watch, jacket, and belt.

If you have checked baggage

Proceed to your airline’s counters for check-in and baggage drop-off. If you are traveling with a carry-on only (carry-on suitcase and/or backpack), go directly to the TUUA (Airport Use Fee) payment area and security screening. Important! Check your airline’s baggage policy.

If you have an international flight, turn left to find your departure gate.

Place your carry-on baggage in the security inspection system and walk through the security scanner.

At the Boarding Pass Control area

You must present your ID and boarding pass to verify your identity as a passenger.

You no longer need

At Immigration

You will be asked for your passport and reason for travel.
